General Terms and Conditions for Travel Insurance

  1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all travel insurance policies arranged by you as a broker (the “Broker”). The Broker is acting as an intermediary between the insured (the “Policyholder”) and the insurance company (the “Insurer”).

  • Travel to countries or regions that are under government travel advisories
  1. Claims Procedure

If the Insured needs to make a claim under the Policy, they must contact the Insurer as soon as possible. The Insurer will provide the Insured with instructions on how to submit a claim.

The Insured must provide the Insurer with all relevant information and documentation to support their claim. The Insurer will then investigate the claim and make a decision on whether or not to pay the claim.
